Real Estate Website Templates for Agents, Portals and Developers: 6 Picks
By Manob Editorial ·

A good real estate website template gives you property search with useful filters, a detail page with photos, floor plans, a map and an agent contact form, plus agent profiles. We checked more than 20 candidates on Manob and kept 6. FindHusly covers the full listing flow in HTML or Next.js; Dream House suits a single residential development.
What we compared, and what Manob doesn't have
Manob's real estate stock is thin, so this list is short on purpose. Most candidates tagged for property turned out to be construction, interior or IT templates; if you build houses rather than sell them, our construction website templates roundup fits you better. That left three listing templates (FindHusly in HTML and in Next.js, and Homex), one template for a single residential development (Dream House) and two architecture templates that work as a developer's portfolio (Arkit, and Arkid for WordPress). Manob has no dedicated real estate WordPress theme as of October 2026.
We opened every demo on October 13, 2026. We dropped Adira City, whose listing talks about architecture and property showcases but whose demo reads like a digital agency site, and ListOn, a general directory whose demo homes include car and restaurant versions but no property version. FindHusly and Homex also appear in our HTML5 templates hub; here we judge them as real estate sites.

| Arkit - Architecture & Interior HTML Template | HTML template | — | $23 | Demo |

Real estate listing templates for agents and portals
FindHusly (HTML): best for an agency or small portal with several agents
FindHusly covers the path from search to contact. The demo has three home layouts, property list and grid pages, two property-detail layouts, agent list, grid and detail pages, a Locations page and a Post Property form. That form has fields for property type (apartment, house or office), sale or rent, price, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking and land size. The first detail page lists amenities, a floor-plans section, an agent card and a "Schedule a Tour" form with an appointment date. It loads Bootstrap 5.3.0.
Two caveats. The listing says the download has placeholder images, not the demo photos. And the sign-in, sign-up and two-factor screens are designs, not working accounts; like every form here, they do nothing until you connect a backend.

FindHusly (React/Next.js): best if a developer will connect a listings feed
This is the same design built as a Next.js app, with the same menu and the same property-detail sections. Pick it if a developer will wire the site to listing data: the pages are React components, so one property-card component can render every listing from a feed instead of someone copying HTML blocks by hand. Its Manob listing text is copied from the HTML version (it still says "jQuery powered"), so judge it by the demo. Our React templates roundup covers more Next.js options.

Homex: best for a rentals-and-sales agency that wants a detailed search form
Homex puts search first. The homepage search has Rentals, Sales and Invest tabs and filters for property category, minimum size, minimum lot size, status, city, price range, area and number of rooms. It adds an "Explore Apartment Types" block (houses, lofts, bungalows, offices, townhomes), a "Properties by Area" section, property grids in two, three and four columns, team pages with a biography and contact form, and login and register pop-ups. It loads Bootstrap 5.2.3.
The gaps are real. The demo has no single-property page, the property cards don't link anywhere, and the "Properties By Area" footer link leads to a missing page. The listing promises OpenStreetMap support and a parallax map effect, but neither showed up on the demo pages we opened. Choose Homex for its search design and plan to build the property page yourself.

Real estate development website templates
A developer's site sells one project or shows finished ones, so floor plans, unit types and location matter more than search filters.
Dream House: best for marketing one residential development
Dream House reads like a sales site for a single apartment project. The homepage has apartment-type cards with size and orientation, an "Inside Areas" block for what's nearby (shopping center, restaurant, park, playground) and a property-plan table with columns for residence, bed/bath, square feet, sale price, rent price and a "View Plan" button per unit. There are separate Apartment and Development pages, a team page, testimonials, three home layouts and a sign-up pop-up. Its stylesheet is Bootstrap 5.0.2. If you're selling units in a building that isn't finished, this layout fits better than a listings template.

It is a dream house. If you have long term plans or dreams then this is just for you. All the benefits of HTML 5 apply. Dreamhouse Premium Website Template is built with HTML5,…
Arkit: best for a developer or architect showing finished projects
Arkit is an architecture-firm template that also suits a developer showing completed buildings. Its hero slides are labeled "Residencial", its services include commercial design, and the single-project page has fields for location, category, area and project year. It ships five homepages (Default, Modern, Classic, Dark and Video background), and the listing names a working Ajax contact form. It runs on Bootstrap 4.0.0, and the listing says demo images aren't in the download.

Arkit includes 5 Homepage Demos, each homepage has a unique design and a high conversion rate that will be great for your next project. Arkit is fully responsive. Whatever you a…
Arkid (WordPress): the WordPress option for a developer's project portfolio
Arkid's listing names real estate among its uses, and its demo project grid mixes residential buildings, houses and a commercial center. You get project grids in two, three and four columns, project-detail pages in two styles, Plans & Pricing, Our Architects and Help & FAQs pages, and a "Make Appointment" button in the header. It's built with Elementor, and the listing names Contact Form 7, ACF Pro, MailChimp for WordPress, one-click demo import and WPML compatibility. Property listings would need a real estate or IDX plugin. We also covered it in our construction WordPress themes roundup.

Commercial real estate website templates
None of the six is built for commercial property. A commercial brokerage site usually needs fields a residential template lacks: available space by suite, lease rate and type, zoning, and a downloadable flyer or offering memorandum behind a lead form. The picks are a starting point: FindHusly's search and Post Property form include an office property type, Homex's search has an Invest tab and its property types include Office, Arkit lists a commercial design service, and Arkid's project grid includes a commercial center. You'll add the commercial fields yourself; our guide to editing a Bootstrap template shows where to start.
IDX, MLS feeds and what a template can't do
Every template here is a front end. The property cards, filters and forms in the demos hold sample data and aren't connected to anything. To show real listings you need one of these:
- An IDX feed. In the US, MLS listings reach an agent's or broker's website through IDX (Internet Data Exchange). Your MLS decides who gets a feed and on what terms, and it usually arrives through an IDX vendor's widget, plugin or API, typically as a separate paid service. On WordPress that means an IDX plugin. On an HTML site you'd paste in the vendor's embed code, if it offers one, which shows its listings on your pages but gives you no way to manage them.
- A developer and an API. The Real Estate Standards Organization publishes the RESO Web API, which it calls "the modern way to transport data in the real estate industry." A developer can pull that kind of data into the FindHusly Next.js template, but that's a build project, not a setting.
- Listings you type in yourself. A handful of your own properties can be edited into the HTML by hand. That works for one development or a small agency, not for a portal.
Listings management, meaning adding, editing, expiring and searching hundreds of properties, needs a database and an admin area. An HTML template has neither, so settle where your listings come from before you compare designs.
How to choose a real estate website template
- A property page that sells. Look for a gallery, key facts (beds, baths, area), amenities, floor plans, a map, an agent card and a tour or info request. FindHusly's detail pages have these; Homex's demo has no detail page at all; Dream House handles floor plans through its plan table.
- Search filters that match your market. Homex filters by lot size, status, city, price and rooms; FindHusly by location, property type and sale or rent.
- Maps and API keys. FindHusly's property-detail map loads the Google Maps JavaScript API. Google's documentation says production use needs your own API key and a billing-enabled account. The plain Google Map embed on Homex's Contact page doesn't use that API.
- Photos are on you. FindHusly ships placeholder images and Arkit leaves the demo images out, so budget for real property photography.
- Framework age. FindHusly loads Bootstrap 5.3.0, Homex 5.2.3, Dream House 5.0.2 and Arkit 4.0.0. Our Bootstrap 5 templates roundup explains what version 5 changes and how to check a template's version.
- Licensing and compliance text. Your state's license rules and your MLS may require specific details on your site, such as your brokerage name and license information. No template adds them, so leave room in the footer.
Regular vs Extended License
Every product on Manob has two license prices. The Regular License covers a single end product where your end users aren't charged, such as an agency site or a development's sales site. The Extended License is for an end product whose users are charged, so a portal that charges agents or owners to post listings falls under it. Neither lets you redistribute the source files as they are, and each site you build for a different agent is its own end product. Every purchase includes 6 months of free seller support through Manob's ticket system, and you can extend it. You can preview every item before you buy, and every product is manually reviewed before approval.
When to look elsewhere
- You need live MLS listings without a build. A hosted site from your IDX vendor or brokerage, or WordPress with an IDX plugin, gets listings online faster than any template here.
- You want a dedicated real estate WordPress theme. Manob doesn't have one. A WordPress.org search for "real estate" returned 210 free themes as of October 2026. ThemeForest's Real Estate WordPress category listed 209 themes as of October 2026.
- You rent holiday homes by the night. That's a booking site, not a listings site. Our travel WordPress themes roundup covers hotel and resort themes.
- You'd rather not code at all. Everything on Manob is paid (catalog prices run from $9 to $93), and every HTML pick here needs someone who can edit code. Browse all HTML site templates on Manob, or read how to hire a WordPress developer if you'd rather hand the setup to someone else.
Frequently asked questions
What should a real estate website template include?
Property search with filters, list and grid results, a property page with photos, key facts, a map and a contact or tour form, and agent profiles. FindHusly's demo has all of these.
Can an HTML real estate template show MLS listings?
Not by itself. MLS listings come through an IDX feed, usually as a WordPress plugin, a vendor's embed widget or a developer's API work; without one, an HTML template shows only the listings you type in.
Are there commercial real estate website templates on Manob?
Not dedicated ones. FindHusly and Homex include an office property type, but you'll add fields such as lease rate, available space and zoning yourself.
What is a real estate development website template?
It sells one project or shows a developer's finished work, with unit types, floor plans and location details instead of a listings search. Dream House is built that way; Arkit and Arkid suit a portfolio of completed buildings.
Is there a real estate WordPress theme on Manob?
Not a dedicated one. Arkid lists real estate among its uses and works for a developer's portfolio, but property listings would need a real estate or IDX plugin.
Do I need the Extended License for a property listing portal?
If the portal charges its users, for example agents or owners paying to post listings, yes. A free-to-use agency or development site needs only the Regular License.
