Construction Website Templates in HTML: 9 Picks Compared
By Manob Editorial ·

A good construction website template shows finished projects in a gallery you can filter, lists your services in plain terms, and puts a quote button and your phone number on every page. We compared 9 HTML templates on Manob. Wengty and Struqta suit general and commercial contractors; Roadle, Brindor and the Handyman template cover specialist trades.
Why HTML, and how we picked
This roundup is HTML templates only. If you'd rather edit pages in WordPress, our construction WordPress themes roundup covers that, along with three HTML templates (Buildex HTML, Crestline and BuildCore) that we don't repeat here.
An HTML template is a folder of static files you upload to any host. For a builder whose services and projects change a few times a year, that's a fair trade: there's no CMS to update or plugins to patch, and pages load quickly. The cost is that adding a project means editing code, and forms need something on the server to send them. Manob lists about two dozen HTML templates tagged for construction, but many are IT or agency sites with "construction" in their tags. We kept 9 built for construction work, opened every demo on October 13, 2026, and noted each template's Bootstrap version, since several are old. We dropped one handyman listing whose demo turned out to be a designer's CV page.

Wengty has five homepages (Default, Modern, Classic, Background Image and Video Background), two About layouts, projects with a project details page, team, 404 and three blog layouts. The demo has Get a Quote and Get Appointment buttons, and the listing says both the contact form and the quote form work. In the demo they post to small PHP scripts (contact.php and quote.php), so your host needs PHP, or you swap in a form service. It's built on Bootstrap 4; the demo loads 4.0.0.

Wengty includes 5 Homepage Demos, each homepage has a unique design and a high conversion rate that will be great for your next project. Wengty is fully responsive. Whatever you…
Struqta: for an industrial or commercial contractor
Struqta's four homepages (Default, Modern, Classic and Industrial) lean toward plant and commercial work, with services such as automobile manufacturing, mechanical engineering, oil, gas and power plants, and petroleum and refinery. It also has pages many construction templates skip: Plans & Pricing, Leadership, Award & Recognition and Clients Review, plus case studies in three- and four-column grids with a single case-study page. The demo has Request Quote and Schedule An Appointment buttons. The listing says the contact and quote forms work, and the demo loads Bootstrap 4.4.1.

Struqta Industrial & Construction HTML Template gives you an opportunity to present your industrial, construction and building services. Save your expensive time and money. Ever…
Industrus: the HTML version of a WordPress pick
Industrus comes from the same seller as the Industrus WordPress theme in our WordPress roundup, and the two homepages share the same section headings. That lets you launch a static site now and move to WordPress later without a redesign. The HTML version has four homepages (Default, Modern, Classic and Metro), About, Our Mission and Company Service pages, Pricing Plans, Help & FAQs, Clients & Partners, projects in three- and four-column layouts, a blog and a contact page. The listing promises a filterable project gallery and a working Ajax contact form; the demo loads Bootstrap 4.5.3.

Construction and Building: for a plain company site on older code
This is the oldest code of the nine. The listing says it's based on Bootstrap 3 (the demo loads 3.3.7), and the demo's landing page reads "© Copyright 2017". You get three homepages (Default, Dark and Light), matching light and dark About and Services pages, projects in two- and three-column grids with a details page, several blog layouts and a contact page with a map. The homepage service list runs from architecture and renovation to concrete transport. Choose it only if you like the design and someone can maintain older code.

Construction includes 3 Homepage Demos, each homepage has a unique design and a high conversion rate that will be great for your next project. Construction is fully responsive.…
Contructor: for a one-page pitch with a multipage fallback
Contructor is listed as a landing page template, and it ships both a landing-page home and a multipage home. The demo's services include house renovation, metal roofing and construction consulting, with an Expert Engineer page, team, several blog layouts and contact; the listing adds integrated Google Maps. Two cautions: it runs on Bootstrap 3.3.7, and the demo's blog posts are placeholders about web design and an airline, so you'll rewrite them. The Login and Sign Up links in the header can go too.
The Contructor is responsive, clean bootstrap professionally crafted HTML template which can be used for construction, building companies and other companies that offer building…
Specialist contractors and trades
Roadle: for road, paving and civil contractors
Roadle is written for road work. Its services include parking lots, seal coating and concrete, and its recent-project section has cards for patching and planning, a detailed proposal, road installation and the finished road. There are three home versions, Pricing Plan, Work Process and Why Choose pages, team with team details, and a blog. It loads Bootstrap 5.3.3, the newest Bootstrap of the nine. If you'd rather run WordPress, our WordPress roundup has a road and civil engineering theme, Roadly.

Handyman Electrician and Plumbing Repair: for trades that sell several services
This template is really twelve homepages: Handyman, Electrician, Plumbing, Repair, Air Condition and Particle demos, four landing pages and two dark versions. Handyman, electrician, plumbing and repair work each get their own service page, and there are Pricing Plan, FAQ, team and portfolio pages. The listing claims 10+ home pages and 25+ inner pages, which fits the demo menu. Under the hood it's Bootstrap 4.6.0. The browser tab reads "IT Solutions Services HTML5 Template", so fix the page titles first; they're what search results show.

Dream-IT Handyman our template is very beautiful, color support is very good, you can give the color you want. You can customize the design you like, there are all kinds of opti…
Brindor: for flooring, tiling and finishing contractors
Brindor's demo is a flooring company. The hero offers commercial and domestic flooring and a free estimate. The services listed are hardwood flooring, carpet and wood care, and wood flooring, and a project grid shows floor refinishing. There are Floor Repair, gallery, portfolio, team and blog pages. The listing text talks about architecture and interior studios instead, so judge it by the demo. There's a Place Order button in the header and a Shop Now button in the hero, but no shop pages in the menu; point both at your quote form. The demo is on Bootstrap 5.0.2.

Discover Brindor – Your Gateway to Architectural Excellence and Interior Design. Brindor is not just an HTML5 template; it's a canvas for architectural studios and interior busi…
Architecture and design-build
Arkit: for an architecture or design-build studio
Arkit puts the portfolio first, with specializations in architecture, interior design and commercial design, a latest-works grid and five homepages (Default, Modern, Classic, Dark and Video Background). Three service layouts, all-projects and single-project pages, team, testimonials and three blog layouts follow. The listing says it's based on Bootstrap 4 with an Ajax contact form; the demo loads 4.0.0. It suits a firm that designs as well as builds and wants its finished buildings to do the selling.

How to choose a construction website template
- A quote request on every page. Many leads want a price first. Look for a quote form or button in the header (Wengty, Struqta) and decide what it asks: project type, location, budget range and timeline cut down back-and-forth calls.
- Forms that actually send. A static form needs a handler. Check what it posts to; Wengty's forms post to PHP scripts, which only work on a host that runs PHP. Otherwise use a form service.
- Project pages with room for detail. A grid of photos is a start, but a project details page lets you add the scope, location, size and timeline, which is what commercial clients read. Struqta and Industrus include single case-study or project details pages you can fill this way.
- Service pages per trade. If you do roofing, concrete and renovations, each deserves its own page so people searching for that service find it. The Handyman template already splits trades this way.
- Your licenses, insurance and service area. No template adds these for you. Make room in the footer or the About page for license numbers, insurance details and the towns you cover.
- Code age. Bootstrap's versions page listed v5.3 as current as of October 2026, with v4's last update at 4.6.2 and v3's at 3.4.1. Roadle and Brindor run Bootstrap 5; Construction and Building and Contructor run Bootstrap 3. Our guide to editing a Bootstrap template shows how to check.
- Photos that load fast on site. Clients often open your site on a phone. Compress project photos before upload, and test the demo on a phone first.

Regular vs Extended License
Every product on Manob has two license prices. The Regular License covers a single end product where your end users aren't charged, which is what a construction company's own website is. The Extended License is for an end product whose users are charged, such as a paid client portal built on the template. Neither license lets you redistribute the source files as they are. If you build sites for several contractors, each site is its own end product and needs its own license. Every purchase includes 6 months of free seller support through Manob's ticket system, and you can extend it. You can preview every item before buying, and every product is manually reviewed before approval.
When to look elsewhere
- Your office staff will update the site. If someone without coding skills needs to add projects every month, a WordPress theme is easier to live with. See our construction WordPress themes.
- You want it free. Everything on Manob is paid; prices across the catalog run from $9 to $93. HTML5 UP offers free templates under a Creative Commons Attribution license, and Bootstrap's examples are free under the MIT license, though neither is built for construction.
- You want far more designs to compare. A search for "construction" in ThemeForest's site templates returned 2,204 results on October 13, 2026.
- You want a site live this week without touching code. A hosted website builder with a contractor template can be faster to launch, at the cost of a monthly fee and less control.

Frequently asked questions
What should a construction website template include?
A homepage with your main services, a project gallery with detail pages, an About page with your team and credentials, a quote request form and clear contact details. A blog and FAQ help with search but come second.
Are construction website templates better in HTML or WordPress?
HTML is fast and needs no updates, which suits a site that rarely changes. WordPress is better if staff will add projects and posts without a developer.
Do these construction templates include a working quote form?
Wengty and Struqta list working quote forms, and Wengty's posts to a PHP script. Every static form needs a server script or a form service before it can send email.
Is there a construction website template for roofing or road contractors?
Roadle is built for road, paving and concrete contractors. For roofing, Contructor's demo includes a metal roofing service, and our WordPress roundup has a dedicated roofing theme.
Can I use one construction template for several clients?
Not on one license. A Regular License covers a single end product, so each client's site needs its own license.
