Roofing Website Templates: 4 Elementor Kits, 5 WordPress Themes, an HTML Template and a Figma File Compared
By Manob Editorial · · Updated

A roofing website template needs a page per service, a quote form that asks about the roof, and a project gallery. We compared 11 on Manob: 4 Elementor template kits (Rufix, Rooffy, Topfix and SkyFix) with 14+ page templates each, 5 WordPress themes, and the Roofx HTML template and Figma file, the only picks here outside WordPress.
What we compared
We started from every item on Manob whose listing names roofing and kept eleven: four Elementor template kits sold for roofing companies, three WordPress themes sold as roofing themes, two multi-trade themes whose listings name roofing among the trades they cover, and the HTML and Figma builds of Roofx. General construction themes have their own roundup, so we left them out.
For each one we checked the page list, the plugins it needs, the services it is written for, and what you will have to add. One thing to know first: the four kits come from the same seller and share one core page list, so choosing between them comes down to the demo's look and the plugins each one installs. All four kits are under $30.

Template kit or WordPress theme?
A template kit is a set of Elementor page and section designs that you import into a WordPress site you already run. You need the free Elementor plugin, and where a kit says so, Elementor Pro.
A WordPress theme replaces your site's design and usually brings theme options and pre-built pages, so it is less setup when you start from nothing; a kit is the cheaper route for a site you already have. Our Elementor template kits hub explains the format, how to install an Elementor template kit walks through the import, and our Elementor WordPress themes roundup covers full themes.
Roofing Elementor template kits
All four listings are written for industrial and commercial roofing, roof installation, maintenance, renovation and repair, and each names the same core set in its zip: Home, About, Services, Service Details, Team, Pricing, Project, Project Details, FAQ, Blog, Blog Details, Contact, a MetForm form, a 404 page, and header and footer templates. The listings share a warning too: pages you build with Elementor must use the Elementor Full Width layout, or the global header and footer won't appear.
Rufix: best for a roofer who prefers Jeg Elementor Kit to ElementsKit
Rufix is the only kit here that doesn't install ElementsKit Lite. It installs Elementor, Jeg Elementor Kit, MetForm and Qi Addons for Elementor, and you set up the global header on Jeg Elementor Kit's Header Template screen, or in Theme Builder if you own Elementor Pro.

Rooffy: best for a roof repair company that wants a testimonials page
Rooffy is the only one of the four with a separate Testimonials template on top of the shared page set. It installs Elementor, ElementsKit Lite, MetForm and RomethemeKit for Elementor, and the header is set up in ElementsKit Lite. One oddity: the listing copy calls the kit "Roofrox" in one sentence, so check the imported pages for that name before you publish.

Topfix: best for a roofer who wants the shortest plugin list
Topfix installs only Elementor, ElementsKit Lite and MetForm, the shortest plugin list of the four. The page set is the shared one, with headers and footers built in ElementsKit. It is one of the two higher-priced kits.

SkyFix: best for a roof repair company, once you have read its import notes
SkyFix carries the same page list as Topfix, is sold for roofing repair services, and installs Elementor, ElementsKit Lite, MetForm and RomethemeKit for Elementor. Two things in its listing need a look before you buy: the copy calls the kit "Roofrox" in one sentence, and the header instructions describe the Jeg Elementor Kit plugin while the plugin list names ElementsKit Lite.

Roofing WordPress themes
Roofly and Roofin come from the same seller, and all three themes build their pages in Elementor. Install any of them like any theme (our guide to installing a WordPress theme manually covers the upload).
Roofly: best for a roofer who also sells gutters, waterproofing and insulation
Roofly's listing names the services it is designed to show: roofing, repair, gutter maintenance, waterproofing, insulation and metal roofing installation. It ships pre-built service pages, project showcases, customer testimonials and team member profiles, all editable in Elementor, and it is WPML-compatible if you serve customers in a second language.

Roofin: best for metal roofing, welding and steel fabrication companies
Roofin is listed as a roofing theme, and its description is written for welding, metal works, steel fabrication, industrial services, engineering and construction companies. It is built with Elementor and ships multiple homepage layouts, service showcases, project portfolios, pricing tables, testimonials and blog pages. Two cautions: the listing calls the theme "Metalix" twice, so check the demo content for that name, and Manob files it under Portfolio, so search for it by name rather than browsing the construction category.

Roofx: best for one roofing design across WordPress, HTML and Figma
Roofx is sold for metal and industrial roofing, roof installation, repair, maintenance and renovation. Built on Underscores and Bootstrap 5, it ships 4+ home pages, blog and contact pages, 20+ custom Elementor blocks, an Elementor header and footer builder, and one-click demo import. It lists Contact Form 7, a Mailchimp form and WPML compatibility. Its HTML and Figma builds follow.

Multi-trade themes that include roofing
If roofing is one of several trades you sell, both of these name it in their listings. Our construction WordPress themes roundup covers Buildex and Roofly alongside general contractor themes.
Buildex: best for a general contractor who roofs as one trade among several
Buildex's listing names construction, architecture, electrical work, plumbing, roofing and woodworking sites as intended uses. You get 2 homepages, a theme options panel for colors, header, footer and blog styles, demo content with One-Click Demo Import, and a working contact form. It works with Elementor, ACF Pro, Contact Form 7, MailChimp for WordPress, WooCommerce and WPML. It is the highest-priced item here, so weigh it against Roofly if roofing is most of your work.

Elecmart: best for a repair company that lists roofing alongside electrical and plumbing work
Elecmart is an electrical repair services theme whose listing extends it to plumbing, carpentry, decorating, renovation and roofing. It ships 5+ demos, 15+ header styles and 10+ footer styles, built on Bootstrap 4 with Elementor as the page builder. The listing also names King Composer, so check which builder the demo you want uses. It adds WooCommerce support and lists Contact Form 7, MailChimp for WordPress, Loco Translate and Polylang.

Roofing HTML template and Figma file
Roofx is the only roofing design here sold outside WordPress. A static HTML site has no plugins to update, but every edit happens in code, and a quote form needs a form service before it sends anything. Our guide to HTML templates vs WordPress themes explains the trade-off.
Roofx HTML: best for a roofing site with no plugins to update
The HTML build has 15+ HTML files on Bootstrap 5.1 and jQuery, with 4+ homepage layouts and services, project, team and blog pages. Each section of the code is commented. The listing says the demo images aren't in the download, so plan on your own job photos.

Roofx Figma: best for a designer handing a roofing site to a developer
This is a Figma design file, not coded HTML, so someone still has to build the site. It holds seven page designs on the Bootstrap 5 grid: two homes, About Us, Service Details, Project Details, Team Details and Contact us, with active and hover styles, and each page is layered and organized with named layers. Our Figma website templates roundup covers design files for other trades.

How to choose a roofing website template
- One page per service. People search for "roof repair" or "gutter installation". Every kit here has a Service Details template you can duplicate per service, and Roofly ships pre-built service pages.
- A quote form that asks about the roof. Address, roof type, the problem and a photo upload save a site visit. The four kits ship a MetForm form template, so edit its fields instead of rebuilding it. With the themes you add a form plugin; the Roofx theme, Buildex and Elecmart list Contact Form 7.
- Proof of finished jobs. Each kit has Project and Project Details templates, Roofly ships project showcases and Roofin ships project portfolios. None of the eleven listings mentions a before-and-after slider, so use paired photos or add a plugin.
- Storm and emergency calls. Put a phone number that taps to call in the header and repeat it on every service page.
- Licenses, insurance and service area. None of the eleven listings mentions them. Put license numbers and the towns you cover in the footer and on the About page, and keep your business name, address and phone identical to your Google Business Profile.
Our guides to customizing a WordPress theme and previewing a template before buying cover the next steps.
Regular vs Extended License
The Regular License covers a single end product where your end users aren't charged, which fits a roofing company's own website. The Extended License is for an end product whose users are charged. Neither lets you redistribute the source files as they are. Every purchase includes 6 months of seller support through Manob's built-in ticket system, which you can extend, and every product is manually reviewed before approval. Our Regular vs Extended License guide has the details.
When to look elsewhere
- You need it free. Everything on Manob is paid. The WordPress.org theme directory is free and GPL-licensed as of October 2026; search it for "roofing" or "construction".
- You want a much bigger choice. ThemeForest's bigger range includes more roofing themes than the five here, as of October 2026.
- You want more than one HTML option. Roofx is the only static HTML pick here. Our construction website templates roundup covers more HTML templates for contractors.
- You'd rather not build it. Read how to hire a WordPress developer, or browse Manob's full catalog and WordPress themes.
Frequently asked questions
What should a roofing website include?
A page for each service, a quote form that asks for the address, roof type and problem, photos of finished roofs, your license and insurance details, the towns you cover, and a phone number that taps to call.
Are these roofing website templates responsive?
Yes. All ten coded picks describe a responsive layout, and the four kits, Roofin and Buildex also say retina-ready; the Roofx Figma file is a design, not a site. Test the demo on your phone before you buy, since every item on Manob can be previewed first.
Is there a free roofing website template?
Not on Manob, where every item is paid. The four kits and the Roofx HTML and Figma builds cost the least here, and the kits run on the free Elementor plugin and were optimized for the free Hello Elementor theme. For free themes, search the WordPress.org directory.
Do I need Elementor Pro for a roofing template kit?
No. Rufix, Rooffy, Topfix and SkyFix all list free Elementor as a key feature and say they were optimized for the free Hello Elementor theme. Elementor Pro is optional: with it, you can build the header and footer in Theme Builder instead of ElementsKit or Jeg Elementor Kit.
Can I use a roofing template for a metal fabrication or construction company?
Yes. Roofin's description is written for welding, steel fabrication and metal works, and Roofx is sold for metal and industrial roofing. Buildex and Elecmart cover construction and repair businesses that roof as one of several trades.
