SaaS Website Templates for Multi-Page Product Sites, Compared

A good SaaS website template gives you a full product site, not one page: features, a pricing page that matches how you bill, an integrations or how-it-works section, sign-up and login screens, and room for docs and a blog. We compared 9 HTML templates on Manob. Landpagy has the most SaaS homepages (ten); SaasBiz suits startups.

What we compared, and what we left out

If you only need a single page for a launch, read our app landing page templates roundup instead; it covers one-page app and SaaS landings such as SaasDesk, Masco and Truno. This post is for the multi-page site a SaaS company grows into: product pages, pricing, integrations, docs, careers and a blog.

Manob has more than 100 HTML templates that mention SaaS, software, startups or tech, but many are IT-services company sites with "software" in the tags. We kept the 9 that are written around a software product, opened every demo on October 13, 2026 and clicked through the inner pages. We dropped two that didn't match their listings: Intelle's preview opens a different template (titled Solvet), and the Zomia multipurpose SaaS startup listing opens a demo hub titled as a WordPress theme. All 9 picks are static HTML built on Bootstrap; versions are noted for each.

SaaS product sites

Landpagy: for a SaaS company that needs a page for everything

Landpagy's demo has ten homepages, each written for a different kind of software: project management, a software company, a software demo landing, payment processing, account billing, cloud SaaS, a mobile app, HRM, POS and a prototyping tool. Behind them sit an Integration page, a Help Center, two pricing layouts, both with monthly and yearly options, sign-in and sign-up screens, careers and a job application form, and four coming-soon pages. The demo loads Bootstrap 5.0.0, and the listing says the source includes Sass. It also appears in our HTML5 templates hub, and its Next.js sibling is in the app landing page roundup.

SaasBiz: for a startup that needs case studies, jobs and accounts

SaasBiz ships five homepages: Design Studio, Web Hosting, Support Desk, Apps Landing and Cloud Based SaaS. The inner pages cover what a young company publishes in its first year: case studies with a single case page, a job listing and job details page, a team page, a pricing page with monthly and yearly plans, login and register screens, an FAQ and three blog layouts. The listing says it's based on Bootstrap 4 with a working Ajax contact form; the demo bundles Bootstrap 4.0.0, which is old, so budget time if you want to upgrade it.

Dreamhub Cloud Solution: for cloud, storage or infrastructure software

This homepage sells a cloud product. Its feature blocks cover cloud infrastructure, cloud management, automatic updates and code and data rollback, and it closes with "Start your 14-day free trial". There's an FAQ on the homepage itself, but all six entries repeat "How do I sign up for the free trial?" over placeholder answers, so write your own questions. Inner pages: pricing, FAQ, team, services with a details page, blog and contact. Like Dreamhub Software Company below, it's on Bootstrap 5.2.3 and uses the same page set, so pick between the two on the homepage you prefer.

Zomia CRM: for a subscription tool with a free plan

Zomia CRM's homepage runs the classic SaaS sequence: features, a "Billing Cycle" pricing table that switches between monthly and yearly prices and starts with a free plan, testimonials, a blog strip and a newsletter box. A second "Landing One" homepage, plus FAQ, team, services and projects pages, round it out, with "Try it for Free" and "Sign Up" buttons in place. Underneath is Bootstrap 4.5.2. The listing says a WordPress version exists, and Manob does list a Zomia CRM Elementor theme, which we cover in our WordPress landing page themes roundup.

Inner pages, on Bootstrap 5.2.3, include pricing, team, FAQ, 404, services with a details page, blog and contact. The footer has an "Order Traking" link that doesn't belong on a software site; delete it.

Zomia ERP: for business software with many modules

ERP buyers compare modules, and this homepage gives each one a section: advanced CRM, an integrated project management system, accounting "for the non accountants", a dashboard for every user and leave management. It follows with a five-step setup block and the line "Signup, No credit card details required." Inner pages include a landing page, pricing, FAQ, team and three blog layouts, on Bootstrap 4.6.0. The demo copy has typos ("Multy Tesking", "Heigh Security"), so plan to rewrite every heading.

Saasoft sits between product and agency. Its services are app development, app marketing and iOS and Android development, and the homepage has app screenshots, App Store and Play Store buttons, and a three-tier package table that starts with a free plan. The page list is long for an HTML template: three homepages (one with a particle background), two landing pages, an animation page, two pricing layouts, and sign-in, sign-up, forgot-password and thank-you pages. The listing says Bootstrap 4.4.3; the demo actually loads 4.1.3.

Fintech & Technology: for a payments or money app

The homepage explains a payments product in three steps (create an account, enter receipt info, send money) and adds feature blocks for keeping several cards in one place and viewing a monthly transaction report. Separate log-in and sign-up pages sit next to pricing, portfolio, services, team and blog pages. The code is Bootstrap 4, and the listing says WordPress and PSD versions are available. Replace the demo's user and funding counters before launch; they're placeholders, and a fintech site can't afford invented numbers.

How to choose a SaaS website template

  • A pricing page that matches how you bill. If you sell monthly and annual plans, look for a toggle (Zomia CRM, SaasBiz, Landpagy). If you sell by quote, a three-tier table will mislead buyers; use a "Contact sales" page instead.
  • Sign-up and login screens are design only. Every sign-in page here is a static form. Point it at your app's real login, or replace it with a link to your app subdomain.
  • Somewhere to list integrations. Buyers check whether you connect to the tools they already use. Landpagy has a dedicated Integration page; Dreamhub Software Company has a homepage section you can expand.
  • A plan for docs. Help articles and a changelog bring in search traffic and cut support tickets. Use Landpagy's Help Center for a few articles, or Docy once you have dozens.
  • Bootstrap version. Bootstrap's versions page listed v5.3 as the current release as of October 2026, with v4's last update at 4.6.2. Landpagy and the two Dreamhub picks run Bootstrap 5; the rest run Bootstrap 4. Our guide to editing a Bootstrap template shows how to check and what an upgrade involves.
  • Forms need a backend. Contact, demo-request and newsletter forms in an HTML template need a form handler, an email service or your app's API behind them before they send anything.
  • Placeholder proof. Several demos show customer counts, funding totals and testimonials. Replace them with your real numbers or remove them.

If you're unsure whether static HTML is right for you, our HTML5 templates guide covers the trade-offs, and our Bootstrap 5 roundup lists more templates on the current framework.

Regular vs Extended License

Every product on Manob has two license prices. The Regular License covers a single end product where your end users aren't charged, and a public marketing site is exactly that, even when the product it promotes is paid. The Extended License is for an end product whose users are charged, so you need it if you build the template's screens into the paid app itself, for example by using its dashboard or account pages as your product UI. Neither license lets you redistribute the source files as they are. Every purchase includes 6 months of free seller support through Manob's ticket system, extendable before or after it expires. You can preview every item before you buy, and every product is manually reviewed before approval.

When to look elsewhere

  • You only need one page. A pre-launch or single-offer page is lighter to build from a landing template; see our app landing page roundup.
  • Your marketing team wants to edit pages without code. A WordPress theme with a page builder suits that better than static HTML. Start with our WordPress landing page themes.
  • You want it free. Everything on Manob is paid; prices across the catalog run from $9 to $93. Bootstrap's own examples are free under the MIT license and include pricing and product layouts, and HTML5 UP offers free templates under a Creative Commons Attribution license.
  • You want a much bigger range. A search for "saas" in ThemeForest's site templates returned 2,171 results on October 13, 2026.
  • Your app is built in React or Next.js. Keeping the marketing site in the same stack can be simpler; compare our React templates.

Frequently asked questions

What should a SaaS website include?

At minimum: a homepage that says what the product does, a features page, a pricing page, sign-up and login links, an FAQ and a contact or demo-request page. Integrations, docs, a changelog and a blog come next as you grow.

What is the difference between a SaaS website template and a SaaS landing page template?

A landing page template is one long page built to drive a single action, such as a sign-up. A SaaS website template adds separate pages for pricing, features, integrations, careers, blog and docs.

Can I use a startup website template for a SaaS product?

Yes, if it has pricing and sign-up pages. SaasBiz and Landpagy are written for startups and include both; agency-style startup templates usually don't.

Do these templates include a working sign-up or login?

No. They include the screens, not the accounts. You connect the forms to your app's authentication or link the buttons to your app.

Which of these templates suit a software business that isn't SaaS?

Saasoft fits an app studio that builds for clients, and Zomia ERP fits a company selling business software with many modules. Dreamhub Software Company works for a single product sold on a trial.

Is there a free SaaS website template?

Bootstrap's examples and HTML5 UP are free starting points, but you'll design most pages yourself. Every template on Manob is paid, and you can open each live demo for free.
