One Page WordPress Themes: 9 Whole-Site Demos on a Single Scroll, Plus the SEO Trade-Offs
By Manob Editorial ·

A good one page WordPress theme fits a whole small site on a single scrolling page, with a menu that jumps to each section, and still has inner pages and a blog for the searches one URL can't cover. We checked 15 themes on Manob and 9 have a genuine one-page demo. Zumla suits freelancers; Busino and Delton suit businesses.
How we checked "one page"
Plenty of themes call themselves one-page in their tags. We only counted a theme if its live demo has at least one page whose main menu scrolls to sections on that same page (links like #about, #services, #contact) instead of loading new pages. We started from 13 candidates and 7 passed. Two themes outside that list, Zumla and Delton, also have one-page demos, so they're in. Six failed because their demos are multi-page, whatever their tags say (they're named at the end). We opened every demo on October 13, 2026.
Most picks are hybrids. They ship a one-page home or landing page alongside ordinary inner pages, which gives you a focused home page without giving up the pages search engines need, as the SEO section below explains. If you need a page for one campaign or offer rather than a whole site, our landing page WordPress themes roundup is the closer match, and for a mobile app or SaaS launch page, see our app landing page templates.

One-page themes for freelancers and portfolios
Bioza: a one-page CV and portfolio
Bioza's default demo is a single page with About, Services, Resume, Portfolio, Blog and Contact sections. The resume section uses tabs for Education, Skills and Experience, and the header has a Download CV button. There are two more home styles (Main Home and Home Light). On those two, the menu links jump back to the default page's sections rather than their own, so fix the links if you use one. The demo runs on Elementor and Manob marks it WPML-compatible. Its listing also mentions King Composer and Bootstrap 4, which the demo doesn't show, so go by the demo.

Dreamer's demo is one page from top to bottom: Home, About, Service, Resume, Portfolio, Blog and Contact, with Get A Quote and Download CV buttons and a pricing block. It's built with Elementor and the seller's Elementor extension. Manob files it under Political and lists no compatibility tags, but the theme itself is a personal portfolio. Pick it over Bioza if you want fewer variants to choose between.

Busino (Business Consulting & Corporate): two one-page landing demos
Busino is a large multi-page consulting theme, and its two landing demos are the one-page part. Both scroll through Home, About, Service, Team, Project, Blog and Contact. Behind them sit more than ten other homepages and inner pages for case studies, careers, pricing and FAQ, so you can start with one page and grow. The listing mentions one-click demo import, Slider Revolution and Contact Form 7, and Manob marks it WPML-compatible. We also cover it in our consulting WordPress themes roundup.

The preview page links to ten demos: three finance homepages, four business homepages and three landing pages. All three finance landing pages are one-page layouts, and their menus include a Price section next to About, Service, Project, Blog and Contact. That's useful if you sell fixed packages. The listing claims 30+ demos, more than the ten the preview shows. It also mentions King Composer, though the theme is built with Elementor, which Manob lists along with WPML.

Delton: a one-page site for a hosting or domain business
Delton's OnePage One demo scrolls through Home, Domain, Feature, Service, Pricing, Blog and Contact. The domain search box on the demo runs on the free WP24 Domain Check plugin, which checks availability; actually selling domains still needs a registrar account or billing system. The rest of the theme has pages for cloud, dedicated, shared, email and Windows hosting. The listing also mentions a WHMCS template; check with the seller what's in the download before you plan on it. Manob marks Delton Elementor- and WPML-compatible.

A token or project launch is a natural fit for one page. Both of these come from crypto theme families, which our crypto website templates roundup covers in more detail, including what such themes can't do.
Cryptozen: two one-page landing pages
Cryptozen's Landing Pages 01 and 02 scroll through Why ICO, Token, Road Map, Team and Contact sections. The About link on both jumps to the main homepage instead, which is easy to change. The theme also has three demo versions and two animation demos if you later need more pages. Manob marks it Elementor- and WPML-compatible.

One page vs multi-page: the SEO trade-offs
A one-page site isn't bad for SEO, but it works differently. Be honest with yourself about which of these matter for your business.
- One URL means one title and one description. A single page can rank for your name and one core topic. It can't target separate searches like "logo design" and "brand strategy" the way two service pages can.
- Sections aren't pages. Links such as /#services point to parts of the same document. Google says Google Search generally doesn't support URL fragments, so don't expect #services to appear as its own result.
- Everything loads at once. Every image, slider and video on the page counts toward its load time. Compress images and test on a phone; Google's Core Web Vitals guidance is the yardstick.
- Fewer chances to earn links and long-tail traffic. Blog posts and case studies attract links and searches a home page never will. That's why the hybrids above, with a one-page home and a blog behind it, are often the safer choice.
- What one page does well. A single message, fewer decisions for the visitor, and less to maintain. It suits a freelancer's CV, a product or token launch, an event or an ad campaign.
A practical rule: if you can name more than three things people search for that you want to rank for, plan inner pages from the start.
How to choose a one page WordPress theme
- Check that the demo menu scrolls. Click each menu item. If the URL changes to a new page, the theme isn't one-page, whatever its tags say.
- Check every home variant. As Bioza and Cryptozen show, menus on secondary homes sometimes point back to the main demo.
- A sticky header on mobile. On a long page, visitors need the menu or a contact button within reach.
- A contact form that works. Most picks use Contact Form 7. Test that messages reach your inbox after you import the demo.
- Room to grow. Prefer a theme that also has inner pages and a blog, so you don't have to switch themes when you need them.
- Section anchors you can edit. In Elementor, each section's CSS ID sets its anchor. In the block editor, WordPress calls these page jumps, set in a block's HTML anchor field.

Free one page WordPress themes
Every theme on Manob is paid, with catalog prices from $9 to $93. If you want a free one, a WordPress.org search for "one page" returned 935 themes as of October 2026. The directory's search matches words loosely, so open each demo and click the menu, as above. For "responsive", don't trust the label: resize the demo or open it on your phone. You can also build a one-page layout with a free block theme by adding HTML anchors to each section and linking to them from the menu.
Regular vs Extended License
Every product on Manob has two license prices. The Regular License covers a single end product whose end users aren't charged, which covers a portfolio or company site. The Extended License covers a single end product whose end users are charged, such as a paid membership page. Neither lets you redistribute the source files as they are. Every purchase includes 6 months of free seller support through Manob's ticket system, which you can extend, and every item can be previewed before you buy.
When to look elsewhere
- You want a free theme. Start with the WordPress.org search above.
- You want many one-page designs to compare. ThemeForest's WordPress category search for "one page" showed 3,692 items as of October 2026. Manob has 9 that pass our check.
- You don't need WordPress at all. A one-page site with no blog can be a static HTML template on any host; see our HTML5 templates hub.
- You need a page for one campaign. A hosted landing-page builder may be quicker than a full theme.
Six themes we checked and left out because their demos are multi-page: Cryptobit Trading and Xera (both tagged one-page), Consen, Kitu, Rejuan and Technice. Or browse every WordPress theme on Manob.
Frequently asked questions
What is a one page WordPress theme?
It's a theme whose main page holds all the key sections, with a menu that scrolls to each one instead of opening new pages. Many also include ordinary inner pages and a blog.
Are there free one page WordPress themes?
Yes. A WordPress.org search for "one page" returned 935 themes as of October 2026. Check each demo's menu, because the search matches loosely.
Is a WordPress one page theme bad for SEO?
Not bad, but limited. One page has one title and description, so it can rank for your name and one main topic; add inner pages or a blog to reach more searches.
How do I know a free one page WordPress theme is responsive?
Open its demo on your phone or narrow your browser window, then tap through the menu and the contact form. Don't rely on the word "responsive" in the description.
Can I add more pages to a one-page theme later?
With the hybrids here, yes: they already include inner pages and blog layouts. Add the pages, then add them to the menu next to the section links.
