Transport and Logistics WordPress Themes (and HTML Templates), Compared
By Manob Editorial ·

A good transport website template gives shippers a quote form that asks for origin, destination and load, explains your services and coverage plainly, and is honest about tracking. We compared 8 options on Manob, 5 WordPress themes and 3 HTML templates. Start with Transpot for a freight company on WordPress, or Logisko if you want static HTML.
What we checked, and the tracking problem
We opened every demo on October 13, 2026 and looked at four things a carrier's site has to do: take a quote request, show where you operate, describe your fleet or services, and say something about tracking. The quote and service pages are well covered. Tracking isn't: none of the 8 demos has a working shipment-tracking lookup. Where a "Track Your Order" or "Real-Time Tracking" label appears, it links to a contact page, sits on a newsletter box or is plain text. We point that out for each pick below.
We left out a moving-and-storage WordPress theme and its HTML twin because their demos still carry copy from a finance template (a "Why Choose Us" heading about finance consulting and footer links to financial planning), and the theme's listing promises a booking system the demo doesn't show. We also skipped water-delivery, boat-rental and vending themes that are tagged "transport" but don't fit.

Logistics WordPress themes
Transpot: best for a freight or trucking company that quotes by load
Transpot has more freight-specific forms than the other WordPress picks. The homepage quote form asks for name, email, phone, packaging and load, and a Cost Calculator page adds a slider and drop-downs that total a price as you change them, next to a pickup form with shipment date, time and address. One catch: the calculator's options in the demo are handyman services (roof repair, plumbing, AC repair), so you'll rewrite the options and rates before it means anything to a shipper.
Beyond the forms you get two home versions, services and service details, projects, team and team details, a pricing table and a "work process" section. The "Track Your freight" block in the footer is a Mailchimp email signup, not a tracking lookup. The listing names Elementor, WooCommerce support and WPML; the demo doesn't show a shop.

Multilen Transport: best for a forwarder with offices in several countries
Multilen Transport's homepage has a tabbed office block (Japan, USA, Dubai, Canada and India in the demo), each with its own phone number, which is a ready-made way to show the regions you cover. Its inquiry form asks for cargo type and destination as well as contact details, and service blocks cover air, ship, train and road freight. A pricing-plan section, a projects section and a blog fill out the page.
The demo menu has two homes, two animated versions, a Revolution Slider page and two landing pages. It's built with Elementor and Manob marks it WPML-compatible; the listing mentions Bootstrap 4 and MailChimp for WordPress.

Prygo: best for an established carrier's company profile
Prygo reads like a corporate site for a logistics company: a "How It Work" strip (truck selection, order shipping, take your product), a Why Choose Us block, and an About page with a mission statement and a company-history timeline. The listing says it includes Company Profile, Leadership, Careers, Certificates and Partners pages. The demo menu doesn't show those; it has About, Services, Service Details, Portfolio Details, Contact, a landing page and an animated home. Ask the seller before you count on them.
The demo's Get A Quote button links nowhere and the homepage has no quote form, so you'd add one. Manob marks it Elementor-compatible. A static version, Prigo, is in the HTML section below.

Transflo: best for a moving company or local delivery service
Transflo's listing describes an "advanced booking system". In the demo, the Request A Quote button opens a contact page with a standard form (name, email, phone, website and message), so treat it as a quote request, not a booking tool. What it does have: services and service details, projects, a three-plan pricing page, team, FAQs, a step-by-step work process and an "Industry Served" list. There's one home page, and the demo is built with Elementor.

Selfstore: best for a self-storage or moving-and-storage business
Selfstore is the only pick built around storage units. It has a Storage Options page, a unit-size picker (5+5, 5+10 and 10+20 in the demo) and an Order Box page whose form asks for box size, start date and number of days. The "Calculate the cost by your needs" block is a Contact Form 7 form: visitors type in area and lease term and send them to you, and it doesn't work out a price on the page. The demo also has a gallery, FAQ and blog posts on storage topics. Manob marks it Elementor- and WPML-compatible.

Transport and logistics HTML templates
An HTML template is static files you upload to any host. It loads fast and has nothing to patch, which suits a carrier whose services rarely change. The trade-off: forms need a form handler or service behind them, and every edit happens in code. Our HTML5 templates hub covers the choice, and how to edit a Bootstrap template walks through the changes you'll make.
Logisko: best for a freight company that wants a quote form without WordPress
Logisko's Quick Booking form asks the questions a freight quote needs: name, phone, departure, destination, weight, freight type, email and extra details, and the listing says both the quote and contact forms work over AJAX. It has separate Logistic Service and Transport Service pages, projects, a team section with operational roles (fleet supervisor, dispatcher, route planner, cargo handler), plans and pricing, testimonials, FAQs and two homepages. The "Track Your Order" link in the top bar opens the contact page. The demo loads Bootstrap 5.3.0-alpha2, a pre-release build you may want to update. We also cover it in our Bootstrap 5 templates roundup.

Prigo: best if you like Prygo but don't want WordPress
Prigo is the static version of Prygo, with the same homepage sections and two pages the WordPress demo doesn't list: Pricing and Our Team. You also get two home versions, a landing page, portfolio pages, and blog grid and list layouts. The listing mentions a Fleet page; the demo menu doesn't include one. The footer's "Real Time Tracking" and "Delivery Report" links are placeholders. The demo runs on Bootstrap 4.6.2.

Ridek: best for a taxi, airport-transfer or chauffeur service
If "transport" for you means passengers rather than freight, Ridek is the fit. It's the only pick with real fleet pages: Our Taxi lists vehicles with a details page for each, and Our Drivers has driver profile pages. The Book Taxi page and the homepage both carry a ride form with package type, passengers, start and end points, date and time, which the listing calls a working AJAX booking form. It sends you the request; it doesn't dispatch a driver, price the ride or take payment. There are two homepages and 18+ pages on Bootstrap 5.0.2.

How to choose a transport or logistics website template
- A quote form that matches how you price. If you quote by lane and weight, you need origin, destination, weight and freight type on the form, as Logisko and Transpot have. A plain contact form, as on Transflo, means a follow-up call for every request.
- Be honest about tracking. None of these templates tracks shipments. If your transport management system or carrier portal has a tracking page, link to it or embed it. If not, remove the tracking labels rather than leave a box that does nothing.
- Service areas people can find. Multilen Transport's office tabs are one approach. A page per region or lane does more for search, as long as your address and phone match your Google Business Profile.
- Fleet and equipment pages. Ridek has them for vehicles and drivers. For trucking, use a service-details or project page per trailer type, with capacity and the loads you take.
- Calculators only if you'll honor the numbers. Transpot's calculator totals a price live; Selfstore's is a form. Either way, don't publish rates you won't quote.
- Licensing and insurance details in view. Shippers look for registration numbers, insurance and terms. No theme adds them for you, so give them space in the footer.
When you've picked a theme, follow our guide to installing a WordPress theme manually and then customize it. If you also want a general company site, see our business WordPress themes.
Regular vs Extended License
Every product on Manob has two license prices. The Regular License covers a single end product where your end users aren't charged, which fits a carrier's own website. The Extended License is for an end product whose users are charged, such as a paid shipper portal built on the template. Neither lets you redistribute the source files as they are. Every purchase includes 6 months of free seller support through Manob's ticket system, and you can extend it. You can preview every item before you buy, and every product is manually reviewed before it's approved.
When to look elsewhere
- You need a free theme. Everything on Manob is paid; prices across the catalog run from $9 to $93. In the WordPress.org theme directory, a search for "logistics" returned 85 themes and "transport" returned 106 as of October 2026, all GPL-licensed.
- You want a much wider field. A ThemeForest search for logistics WordPress themes returned 200 results as of October 2026.
- Customers need live tracking, quotes or bookings. That comes from your transport management or dispatch software, not a theme. Choose that first, then a template you can link it into.
- You'd rather not build it. Read how to hire a WordPress developer, or browse all WordPress themes and HTML site templates on Manob first.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best logistics WordPress theme?
For a freight or trucking company, start with Transpot: it has a load-based quote form, a pickup form and a cost calculator you can reconfigure. Multilen Transport suits forwarders with several offices, and Selfstore suits storage businesses.
Are there free WordPress themes for a logistics company?
Yes. The WordPress.org directory returned 85 themes for "logistics" as of October 2026, all free. Every theme on Manob is paid, but each one has a live demo you can open for free.
Can a transport website template track shipments?
Not on its own. None of the 8 templates here includes a working tracking lookup; their tracking labels link to a contact page or a newsletter box. Real tracking comes from your carrier portal or transport management software.
Is there a transport website template for WordPress and HTML?
Yes. Prygo has a WordPress version and a static HTML version (Prigo). Logisko and Ridek are HTML only, and the other four picks are WordPress only.
Can customers book a truck or a ride through these templates?
They can send a request. Ridek, Logisko and Transpot have forms that email you the details, but none of them checks availability, prices the job or takes payment.
